Accepted Answer

If the message "No data." is displayed, there is no data to analyze.

This message is displayed when the data is not retrieved correctly, or when the registered account does not perform the action to be analyzed.

Get data from Twiiter

If you are not getting the latest data from Twitter, it may be displayed by getting the latest data.

Change the display period for analysis

If you have specified a period for which there is no data for analysis, it may be displayed by specifying a period for which there is data.

The analysis period can be changed from the date in the upper right corner of the screen.

Note: If a Lite plan user does not log in to SocialDog for a long period of time, data retrieval may stop.

Question 2

I get the message "Data will be available tomorrow.

Accepted Answer

In some cases, the graph on the dashboard will show "Data will be available tomorrow or later" and the numbers in the graph may not be visible.

After signing up for a free 7-day trial, I was immediately debited for the fee.

In order to prevent fraudulent use, SocialDog may authorize the payment of the amount in the plan.

Therefore, even if you are on a free trial, your balance may be temporarily reduced.

It usually takes a few minutes to a few days for your balance to be restored.

We ask that you contact your credit card company for more information on when your balance will be restored.

Can I use it for free?

Immediately after signing up for SocialDog, the Lite plan (free of charge) is available. The Lite plan is always free.

There is no trial period for the Lite plan, so don't worry.

You can continue to use the site for free for a long time, but some features require a paid plan subscription.

With a paid plan, you can try out the plan for 7 days for free. Try it out for 7 days and see if you want to continue using the paid plan.

You can cancel within 7 days and there is no charge for this plan.
