SocialDog offers three paid plans.

Each plan has different features and fees, so please use the plan that best suits your needs.

Types of plans

There are three plans: Lite+, Pro, and Business. All plans are paid.

The Lite+ plan, Pro plan, and Business plan offer increasing levels of functionality.

Number of linked Twitter accounts

If you use this service with multiple Twitter accounts, you will need to pay for the number of Twitter accounts you have.

This is a limit, so you don't have to use this number of accounts.

For example, if you want to use the Pro plan (paid monthly) with 3 Twitter accounts, you will need to pay 5,980 * 3 = 17,940 yen.

Payment Method (Monthly Payment, Annual Payment)

Monthly payments are a way to pay a monthly subscription fee.

Annual subscriptions are a way to pay for a year's worth of services each year. Annual subscriptions are 20% cheaper than monthly payments.

How do I pay?

Basically, only credit cards can be used for payment, but we will start accepting invoice payment, which has been requested by many customers, from late August 2020.

Corporate and sole proprietorship customers will be able to pay by bank transfer at the end of the month or at the end of the following month.

Period calculation

A month of a paid plan is calculated as follows

If you sign up for a paid plan on May 10, your payment will be made on June 10, July 10...

A "7-day free trial" will be applied for the first time users.

Therefore, if you start using the service at 3:00 p.m. on May 10, your first payment will be made after 3:00 p.m. on May 17. Thereafter, the cycle is as above.

If there is no date in the following month, the fee is charged on the next day.

For example: If there is no date in the following month, the date is the next day.

If you sign up for the May 31 plan, it will be settled on July 1 (since there is no June 31).

Settlement will take place on July 31 and August 31...

Payment must be made in advance and if the payment fails, the plan will be automatically changed to the Lite plan.

When you change the annual or monthly payment categories, the new subscription period starts at that point.
