- A new version of "Hashtag search" is scheduled for release in late August 2020.
- We are planning to release a new version of the "Users who have RT'd me" feature in September 2020 or later. This feature will be available on Business plan only.
Fees for multiple Twitter accounts
If you have more than one Twitter account, you will need to pay for the number of Twitter accounts you have. For example, if you want to use the Pro Plan (monthly payment) with 3 Twitte accounts, you will need to pay 5,980 * 3 = 17,940 yen.
In the old plan, the price was set only for the number of Twitter accounts 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50 that are linked to SocialDog. For example, if you had 3 accounts, you had to sign up for a plan with 5 accounts. In response to a number of requests for improvement, we have removed the tiered pricing structure and changed it so that you can sign up for only the number of linked accounts you need.
Support for bill payment (bank transfer) (from late August 2020)
For existing SocialDog customers
Customers who are using a paid plan
Customers who have been using a paid plan since before the release of the new plan will remain on the same plan as before the new plan was released and there will be no changes. There will be no change in fees or functions.
After the release of the new plan, it will no longer be possible to change to the old plan (including changing the number of linked accounts and the classification of monthly or annual payments). If you wish to change your plan to the old plan, please make the change before the above release date.
If you cancel the old plan, you will not be able to re-apply for or use the old plan. Please be aware of this in advance.
Customers who are using a Free Plan
If you are currently on a Free Plan, you will be automatically upgraded to a Lite Plan (free). Just like the Free Plan, the Lite Plan will continue to be free for all time.
Some of the following features will not be available on the Lite plan
- Referring to data older than 3 months in Dashboard, Analysis and Post History
- Number of settings of the keyword monitor 5 to 3
After the release of the new plan, it will not be possible to change to the old paid plan. If you would like to use the old plan, please change your plan before the release date above.
If you have two Twitter accounts linked together, you can use two accounts for the time being. However, please note that if you delete the linked account, the maximum number of linked accounts will be set to 1 and you will not be able to add a new account.
