Change to the maximum number of Keyword Monitor Tweets retrievable per day 2023

■ Impact of the change
There will be no impact if the number of Tweets retrieved with Keyword Monitor is less than the new "maximum number of Tweets per day". If the number of Tweets retrieved with Keyword Monitor exceeds the new daily limit, Tweets over the limit will not be retrieved.
To retrieve more Tweets, upgrading to a higher plan will be necessary.

Reason for the change
With the recent change of the Twitter API to a paid product, in order to continue proving a reliable service, SocialDog will be using the paid Twitter API Enterprise Package going forward. We have had to make this change due to limits to the number of Tweets that can be retrieved with this package.

Q. What is "Keyword Monitor"?
A. Keyword Monitor is a feature that automatically retrieves Tweets that contain keywords that you specify in advance. The retrieved Tweets can be viewed on the "Inbox" screen.
Q. What is the "maximum number of Tweets per day"?
A. The maximum number of Tweets that can be retrieved per day with the Keyword Monitor feature.
If the number of Tweets retrieved with the Keyword Monitor feature exceeds this number in a day, Keyword Monitor will stop retrieving any additional Tweets for that day, with Tweets containing the keyword resuming retrieval on the following day.
Q. Do I need to take any action in response to this change?
A. If the number of Tweets currently retrieved with Keyword Monitor is less than or equal to the new "maximum number of Tweets per day", there will be no impact and so no response is required. If the number of Tweets currently retrieved with Keyword Monitor is greater than the new "maximum number of Tweets per day", and you wish to receive more Tweets, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan.
Q. Where can I check the number of Tweets currently retrieved by Keyword Monitor?
A. You can check the number of Tweets retrieved by Keyword Monitor on the "Keyword Monitor Settings" screen under "Number of posts retrieved".
