Improvements and bug fixes

• Added a message in the "Error posting" section to make it easier to understand the error message when retweeting a tweet that has already been retweeted.
• Fixed an bug that made it difficult to click on the sidebar when using Safari browser on iPad.
• Fixed an bug where data was not being acquired properly for accounts with a large number of followers.
