Improvements and bug fixes

• Fixed an bug where unintended hashtag suggestions were displayed when creating a post.
• Fixed an bug where a portion of the report screen would be obscured.

New Feature

"Team" functionality has been released 🎉

The "Team" feature is a greatly enhanced version of the "Managed Users" feature. It allows multiple Twitter accounts to be managed by multiple SocialDog accounts. The "Team" feature allows a team administrator to sign up for a paid plan, and the members of the team can also use the features of that plan.
